![]() Hi there i have looked through the forums but cant really find the same problem, tho its probably the same thing thats happening with quicktime. i downloaded LW basic from here http://www.limewire.com/english/cont...oadfree2.shtml im currently on mac osx 10.4.5 when i click on the eyecon to install it it comes up ok and i isntall it to the mac hard drive, as it seems to be the only place i can install it, no other options like it says here in install instructons http://www.limewire.com/english/cont...allation.shtml so i have got up to the setup wizard bit, tho i cant get into the set up wizard, after the last step (step 4) on the install guide i get this window which opens ![]() of the 2 eyecons, non works, both of them aprear on the wee bottom bar and bounce up and down a bit but then that disapears, so i cant get anywhere after that. i have quicktime pro 7.0.4 and i dont want to download the older version of QT as i have paid for the pro version. any suggestions thanks phil |

![]() The QuickTime Pro 7 serial works for all versions of 7. But check this solution & see if it works for you http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...230#post194230 The icon you use is the one called LimeWire. The other is related to startup items I believe AFAIK. So unless you want LW starting up when you boot up, don't worry about it. I use QT Pro for video all the time, but a minor update is not generally so relevant. There's a chance QT might not be your problem but we'll wait & see. |
