![]() Earlier today, I purchased a membership with "Movie Members," using my credit card. When I went to the area to download the software, I was directed to the Max OSX page (the system I am using). It took me to LimeWire, of which I am already a member (LM Pro, btw). There is no indication on the Movie Members site that it is LimeWire I was purchasing. Consequently, I would like to withdraw my second membership, but all I can do is get hung up in loops. The automatic email from your support department sends me to a page that sends me to FAQs (none of which help my situation), and when I click on the "support" button, it takes me back to the first page. I'm hoping someone in this forum can give me a clue. ![]() |
