Lost my CD for Limewire pro and my system crashed
 

I cant contact Limewire . I bought a CD and paid $38.00 + Shipping for the Pro version and my Computer crashed and I cant contact Limewire since my Email is not there .I bought tha CD no email in there system.What should I do ?

If it's later than 6 months after you purchased pro then you'll need to either repurchase or install the version on your cd. Else install the latest Basic version. LW offers pro support & updates for 6 months only.

But here is my setuation. I bought Limewire Pro more than 6 months ago. for $38.00 + Shipping and why do i have to buy it now again ? Why cant i get a free download since i lost my CD. Limewire can trace me by my purchase .

That's like saying oops I lost my music CD, will the music shop replace it for me? LW has not offered the installation CD for some time. And whether you purchase the CD or get the installer online, it's the same story. You can get updates for 6 months but after that, you'd need to repurchase, else use LW Basic.

I am going to find my reciept and post it so you trust me.I am not laying I will not go broke for $18.00 but as i said it isnt fare .Very simple. It gets not to trust these people anymore if i will pay again and buy it and my system crashes they will say sorry you are not in the system.
i will check if i have a copy in my other system.Thank you guys for trying to help.

WOOOOOPSSSSS i find the PRO in my other Mac ,So i burned it and will install it now..Thanks that solved all my problems.
