![]() Hopefully i didn't overlook a similar thread. Limewire (4.10.9) with OSX (10.4.6) connected via Ethernet / Netgear router. Limewire connects w/o problem. I can search w/o problem. I can download mp3 files w/o problem. But i cannot download videos no matter what the type - avi, mov, mpg, etc... The download eventually fails, "need more sources". I'm pulling from a pool of 80-100+ sources but each fail. Limewire is conf'd to listen to port 3704 which i've matched the router to port forward. The OSX firewire is *not* enabled. To summarise, connect OK, download mp3 OK, download video Zilch. Thanks in advance, -R |

![]() Try a lower number of sources, under 50....At the moment there seems to be an influx of fake files around...Just hang in there you will eventually get your file...One poster said it took 2 weeks before she finally got hers... ![]() Using Bitzi is a good way of telling what a file contains as well This thread will explain how to use it.... http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showthread.php?t=37676 Last edited by wondering why; June 6th, 2006 at 12:38 PM. |
