 On OS X, defrag is automatic, and thus not recommended. To securely delete a file, by going to the folder through LimeWire's Explore button, then dragging the file to the trash, then use the Finder's "Secure Empty Trash" menu item. Deleting a file through the LW Library Delete button probably just does a normal delete.  |
