Thanks for your reply, L.O.T.R.

I have used the Activity Monitor, but this is more direct and easier to follow when you're a bit slow like meself.

1) Done

2) Not an issue

3) Disabled Ultrapeer capabilities and cleared Uploads and Downloads

4) Done and Done (and Done)

5) Noted

6) Fingers drumming on the table, maybe go out for a ciggie

7) Have to Restart after every LW session

8) Done and Done

512 MB RAM always used to be enough on this machine

Followed all your points and got 20 extra minutes out of LW before I got this:
