 MemoryStick highlighting my problem Hello everyone. I'm using OS 10.3.9 with the Java Update on a G4 iMac with 512 MB of RAM and Limewire 4.12.6 Pro. I recently started using MemoryStick and have noticed that one of the reasons I'm suffering from hangs and system wide sluggishness when using Limewire is because in no time at all I've racked up 8 swapfiles of 64MB after which Limewire will crash. This is taking less and less time. I don't particulary mind having to Restart in order to clear the swapfiles, but it's hardly an efficient use of my time. Anyone else suffering anything similar? Any tips? Many thanks in advance.  |
