Cant play wont play

I can't seem to get anything to play! i can dowload ok it seems, but then limewire says it can't play whatever it its.. WHY!!!

Don't know ... what is it you can't play? Audio or video? For video, get this player VLC - (click on link) _ (choose nearest mirror site)
