Hi Everyone,

I've been using LW for quite a while now. Recently i noticed it not coming up with any results when i searched. I've deleted all LW apps/folders, repaired/verified disk permissions, re-installed it but still no hits.

I've tried real basic searches as well, but still no hits.

If anyone could help me I'd appreciate it.

I was having a similar issue: i was getting 3-5 results with 100's of sources each and that was it - most all of them for ringtone services.

I am using OS9 so this may not work for you, but i went into my system folder and deleted the limewire folder then restarted limewire and it works again.

hopefully this or some better information later will work for you.

cheers, but im using os x. very strange indeed. im starting to think it may have something to do with some bittorrent software i installed.

If I try to run uTorrent and Limewire at the same time, Limewire's connection definitely suffers...

just tried gettting rid of all my torrent software. still not working. guess ill have to switch to aquisition :mad:

it must be an issue with having torrent software. after deleting bitsonwheels, Azureus & BitTorrent it seems to be working fine.
