Mac os x - Limewire speed

Hi there. First time posting....please forgive any redundant questions. I am using Limewire 4.12.6 in my mac and for the most part have no problems. I have noticed however that while downloading from multiple hosts, the speed column says that the file is at 0/kb or just 1 or 2. I do not have a connections tab to adjust the bandwith; is there another way I can adjust this????

Thanks.

Hi izjustagirl

The connections tab can be turned on from the view menu, but doesn't allow bandwidth adjustments. Those are made in the Preferences, but even then won't help with your situation.

Files that show 0 KB/s are just downloading vey slowly (less than 500 bytes/s), and need faster or less busy sources. Just repeat the search to find more sources which will get added automatically if any are found.

So, you don't really have to worry about tweaking your LW--the "problem" is at the other end.

Cheers
