Hey!

I'm annoyed. I have downloaded the free Basic LimeWire - as I am indeed broke - and it will NOT install! The "Install" icon bounces for a bit, opens the Applications/Installer icon in the dock and then freezes up my computer. When it finally unlocks the screen, the Applications icon disappears and the Limewire icon becomes de-activated. I deleted and re-downloaded the software, however the same thing still happens.

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue please? I could use a hand or two.. or a dozen..

A bit late in the day, but did you get Limewire working? If not please let us know which computer you have and if it is intel or PPC, and what Java versions you have installed (applications >utilities>java they are listed there)
