Default Panther 10.3.9

I'm from the UK - Hi!
I was running Limewire for 4 years till I joined Sky broadband and upgraded to Panther 10.3.9. I dumped my old version of Limewire and downloaded version 4.12.11. The 'slice of lime' bounces then stops!
I've been in Sharing>Firewall Tab - clicked the 'New' button and in Port Name, Gnutella/Limewire is shown. Underneath, a box called
Port number,Range or Series: 6346. After clicking OK,
Gnutella/Limewire(6346) is ticked in the Ports.I've tried 'other' and entered 'Limewire' 6346 but still nothing happens. On the Trouble Shooting page, it says enter the TCP and UDP port numbers as specified in Limewire's settings - What are these? and where do I get the numbers?
I have spoken to the ISP and they said that they do not block peer to peer conections. I have even put in the Panther disc 1 > optional installs> & installed BSD - still nothing. Any ideas people!!

Many Thanks - Con Booth.
