Default Java / Limewire / MAC OSX

Please help me

I've been trying to fix Limewire and I've really messed up - I've been deleting things left right and centre and now the security update won't work as there's no version of Java on my HD to update

I'm at my wits end, the instructions on here have been no help and now not only can I not use LW but I've removed too many Java components and I can't get it back on my computer - the link on here leads to hundreds of Java softwares and I don't know what I need

I've broken my computer and I'm worried it's beyong repair just becaus eI followed some bad instructions on here

please, I don't know very much about the Mac OS and I'm seriously lost and frustrated
