Can't connect to LimeWire or any P2P program before midnight at least.
Does anyone know of a way to get around Pipex/Homecall/Tiscali's
throttling/traffic management practice. Sorry for being blunt, but I've spent a month arguing with their tech support robots and I reckon I've bought a pig in a poke.

Change ISP to one you know isn't owned by any of those companies. There are a couple of good ones in UK, but not sure if you have access to them. Ukbobboy01 could tell you which ones.
