Often when upgrading to Pro, it's a good idea to delete your LW prefs folder whilst LW is CLOSED.

You will find LW's preferences folder here: /Users/your_username/Library/Preferences/LimeWire

BTW I notice you use Airport. Have you set it up properly? Apple Airport Extreme/Express for Mac users (click blue link) * (NAT-PMP)
