I'm new and need help with mac osx 10.4/limewire (not opening)

Hi.
I'm pretty much computer illiterate, and I need help.
I downloaded Limewire, and it worked great. Then, about a week later, it just stopped doing anything at all. I click the icon, and nothing happens. The toolbar appears at the top, but nothing opens. I tried to download again, but it still doesn't come up.
HELP, please!!

1. Setting up Java 1.5

2. SAFE Boot & Repair Permissions which should be done after any installations or updates. ;)

3. Try this version: LimeWire cvs builds (4.13.4jum490)
