Problems recovering my limewire pro...

Alright now I was trying to to recover my limewire pro accidently deleted so I go to the limewire site clicking on get pro, click already bought pro but when I try to put in my email address it wouldn't register as if I incorrectly entered it or it doesn't exist. I tried with 6 other email account of mines and family from aol and yahoo but of the was "invalid". Only one email worked once saying it was not the correct email try another in red letters. Then I try to send a email after clicking on support and I got the same results which lead me to believe its a problem with your site after having me think I'm crazy for about 15 minutes. Which leads me to here because I want my limewire pro and need help getting it. Also just to note I tried this process of entering my email address on my safari 2.0.4 browser and netscape 9.

You use the same browsers as me. Old habits die hard sometimes. lol :D
How long ago did you purchase LW Pro?

Not sure but I'm certain it has been less than a year ago but thats only a small part of the problem because I can't even enter my email in to check them or send limewire a email by clicking the support tab.

A year ago LW Pro was only for 6 months. Not until recent months did they offer an extended 12 month period for Pro. Near the end of this period they offer a small discount to continue. But you need to check your personal download page to see the offer. That's why it's wise to bookmark the page. But after the period of pro support has finished, your email address will have been automatically removed.

Oh well thanks for that little tibit but I found the solution to the email problem. It a small technical mistake. Whenever someone enters a email it has to be in all lower-case letters.
