only 14 of these things, numbered for my complete paranoia, 1,245kb each.
Jeez I need a clue, anyone?

Spam!!! When you see them, immediately select them & press the trash can icon so they are designated as Junk. Ignore most files below 2,000 KB (2 MB) in size. ;)

As you are aware, .exe files are for windows computers only.
