Question paid n cant get into program......

I no longer have the accounts active that I had when I purchased lime wire pro.
How do I change all my info and update it if I cant rememeber the acocunt I sighed up for it under or the pw?? help!!

Support only lasts 6 months unless you purchased the recently introduced extended option of 12 mths support.
