![]() i'm running LW on a mac, and i have it set so iTunes will import all new files i download using LW. however, everytime it imports songs, it creates a playlist called "LimeWire." is there anyway to make it stop creating this playlist?...cause i have absolutely no desire for it, and constantly deleting the playlist can get annoying. thanks peavy |

![]() my iTunes does the same thing and I have not been able to stop it. It may be a process similar to the one that puts music I buy from the store into the "purchased" folder. btw, the monitors on this page are going to direct you to links that strongly suggest that you explain the specs of your computer, your ISP, your LW version, and perhaps in this case it would be a good idea to include what version of iTunes you have loaded. |

![]() ah, ok. well, i have LW 4.12.15, iTunes 7.5.19, and a Macbook running OS X version 10.4.11. I think my ISP is Comcast, but I'm not sure, since I'm connected through my University's network. peavy |

![]() that actually has nothing to do with my problem. The playlist i'm referring to is not the "LimeWire Tunes" shared library, but an actual playlist containing songs automatically imported into my iTunes library from LW. No matter how many times i delete the playlist, it always gets recreated when I download more songs on LW. It's not a huge deal, but if there is someway to stop the playlist from being repeatedly created, I'd love to know about it. peavy |

![]() no, no, NO. you people are not understanding me. i don't care about the shared library that appears in iTunes. it's the actual PLAYLIST that is created in MY iTunes that has songs downloaded, NOT the shared library...i can delete the playlist, but anytime i download more music with LW, the playlist gets recreated and puts the new songs in there. is there no one here that knows what i'm talking about??? peavy |
