I have been using LimeWire 4.1.2, and have had no problems. Now I am notifed that there is an upgrade, but in oder to upgrade, I also have to upgrade my OS. I am not in a financially securitve situation at this point to ne able to upgrade my OS, let alone any other software packages. Any ideas?

I have a Mac G4 with X 10.2 and installed LW 4.8.1 and did not have to upgrade my OS. and it works great.

For LW 4.8.1 or LW 4.12.15. Lime Wire » Download Out-Of-Date Installers

Also, delete your LW prefs folder whilst LW is CLOSED; Deleting LW Preferences folder in OSX

You can look into this and give it a try.
