![]() Hi, I have problems connecting. The status stays at "a connection is now esthablished with the network" and the bars (except the first one) don't turn green. I have tried following some instructions written in your help documentations online, but I could not follow them because they were for windows or for Mac OS X Tiger, and not for Leopard, and so there were differences. If anyone has an idea what I should do, can you help me? Specifications: 1. Mac OS X Leopard 2. Firewalls: I only have the OS X firewall 3. Ram: 1 Gb DDR2 4. About 200 Gb hard disk space available 5. Connection type? broadband (ADSL) 6. Rooter: D-Link 7. Trying to connect from home 8. LW: 4.16.2 Java: 1.5.0_13 9. ISP: Telenet 10. My test worked! 11. Are you sharing the connection with other computers or p2p sharing programs? No. 12. The problem occured when I downloaded the newest version of LW. 13. Do you see a brick wall in front of the blue world icon at the bottom of LW's interface? Yes. 14. For those using a modem/router, how is your modem/router set up...are you port forwarding or is UPnP enabled? I have no idea, I just plugged it in and it worked. 15. What security programs are you using (antivirus etc)? None, except the ones provided by OS X. 16. I'm living in Belgium. |
