Are you having trouble playing it in iTunes or in Limewire?
I'm having a similar issue where I can't preview/play a particular song I downloaded in Limewire.
Sorry I can't help!

I've encountered a simular problem..at times; I found that by going to Tools-Options, and select downloads; and reduced the speed slider to a lower value, and did the same for Uploads, I was able to achieve playback in just about all cases. Also I would insure that The particular file extensions are enabled on your player. Good Luck

If LW is too busy then the LW media player suffers. iTunes cannot play mp3pro files which also have the .mp3 extension. A backup player you could look at is Audion (click on link) which plays mp3 pro & ogg vorbis files, but cannot play m4a files.

WinAmp creates it's own mp4 variation type of files. One of those formats cannot be played in iTunes.
