LimeWire Wizard
 

Hi,
I recently had to get a new computer and just downloaded the latest version of LimeWire (4.17.5 Beta.) I'm running an iMac Intel Core 2 Duo OSX 10.5.2. My problem: I have set LimeWire up with the wizard and then through preferences (both LimeWire and iTunes). When I search for songs and download them they go into iTunes and play just fine.http://www.gnutellaforums.com/images/smilies/smile.gif But each time I quit LimeWire and then try to start another session, the wizard comes up again and I have to redo it and all my other preferences. http://www.gnutellaforums.com/images.../confused.gifI have tried skipping the wizard but then LimeWire just quits. http://www.gnutellaforums.com/images...es/frown.gifIt is pretty time consuming to have to do the same thing over each time I try to start a new session of LimeWire.Can anyone tell me how to make my settings remain when I quit a LimeWire session? Am I using the wrong version of LimeWire for my Mac?

Any suggestions would be really appreciated!

Preferences should save, but the problem may be with the new beta.

Try downloading the regular version for OS X (4.14.6) and see if that works for you.
