I am trying to download 2.1 for MAC OSX. 1/3 way through the download stops with the error message: " Unknown zip header encountered. This operation cannot continue." ???????

The first thing I did when I unpacked my new flat screen IMAC is try to download limewire to OSX. I'm getting the same "unknown zip header" error msg before download completes. Tech support had me try the beta version at the bottom of the paid screen. No luck with that either. If anyone has a solution pls email me at dverska@aol.com

LW for OSX does not download via AOL. Try opening Exporer to download Limewire.

Thanks! That worked & I now have Limewire but can't connect. Is that because AOL is blocking?

the same thing is happening to me, i dont have explorer, and what do you mean open it with explorer. And LW does work with AOL, i had the old version of osx working on it fine, if anyone can help me email me at bean0720@aol.com, i have limited computer so try and keep it simple.
