HELP! Limewire wont Work (The application limwire quit unexpectedly)

Hello,
I just got a new MacBook with OS X Version 10.5.4 and when I try to open limewire it opens then quits. The error message reads... The application limwire quit unexpectedly. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Not yet unfortunately, I'm having same problem. Mine doesn't even open at all, just flashes in the Dock for a few seconds & then zilch.

I went back to an earlier version, 4.16.6

Hey it still isnt working still having the same problem
Any other ideas?
Yeah this sucks because i cant even get my money back if i cant get it working, I already subitted a tech form and they havent gotten back with me yet so who knows

I had the older version in my browser download folder.

Oops my version is 4.16.2
I tend to keep older versions.

I am having the same problem. I have a great "turbo charged connection" but when the new version opens up it quits unexpectedly within a few seconds. It is oober frustrating. Can someone send me the older version? PLEASE!
