Fatal Error Message

Hi, I have a MacBook running on MacOS X 10.5.5
I've used Limewire since I got my mac almost a year ago and last week, Limewire wouldn't open, it would just bounce once but never open. So I read fourms that said uninstall and reinstall, so I did and now whenever Limewire opens, it comes up with a message "Internal Error" and I click continue and it says "Fatal Error" and closes itself.

Help. Pweeze.

Did you try the software update and safe boot suggestions too?
