Limewire Pro OSX I purchased Limewire Pro yesterday. I tried to run the program on OSX, but it opened in the classic mode. Is Limewire Pro OSX native? Did I download the wrong program? |
I downloaded it a few days ago. I had no problem installing it and running it. There are several versions of the Pro Limewire....I simply picked the OS X version. I have several questions pertaining to Limewire that seemed to have been removed from the users guide: 1) How do you use the community tab? There used to be a section about this on the user guide. 2) How do I use the "chat" column? (when you're searching for stuff and downloading, there's a column for chat). I tried double-clicking on it to no avail. 3) Where's the "browse host" button? I'll have to check that agin when I get home. 4) I've clicked on a file and tried to get the limewire mp3 player to work, but it doesn't do anything....is it b/c I already have my mp3's set to play using quicktime? Highlighting the file and then pressing on the Limewire player should get it to work, right? Thanks. |
Still NO Limewire PRO for OSX? I was able to download the regular verision of Limewire for OSX, but I bought a license for LIMEWIRE PRO and the link sends me to download a classic version of LIMEWIRE PRO.... I want to support this project, hence the reason I bought the Pro version, after using the regular version for a while, but I want to use the OSX PRO version.... any help? |
