Default Another connection problem. I've tried everything (can't connect from dorm but roommate can connect)

I have read all the threads and tried everything possible. I don't know what is up! My roomate has the same computer as me, and Limewire works for her!
could somebody please try and help me. thanks!

1. OS version? Mac OSX
3. How much ram? im computer illiterate. idk.
4. Hard Disk space available? 56.47 GB
5. Connection type? (eg: dialup, broadband, cable, etc.) i think its broadband. it's through my college
6. Modem & router brand name & model numbers? I don't know
7. Where are you trying to connect from (house, appartment complex, school, student accomodation, work, etc.)? Student Dorms
8. What version of LimeWire (LW) & Java do you have? (Go to LW's menu Help bar > About LW...) Will show both LW & Java version. LW 4.18.8 Java 1.5.0
9. Who is your ISP (Internet Service Provider)? Its through my school
10. Do this simple test for us. Using your browser go here: http://www3.limewire.com:6346/ The page should say 'Your test worked!'. What happens when you go there? IT said failed to open page
11. Are you sharing the connection with other computers or p2p sharing programs? Yes. With all the other students in the dorms
12. Is this a your 1st try at LW or is this a new problem with an experienced user. 1st try
13. Do you see a brick wall in front of the blue world icon at the bottom of LW's interface?yes
14. For those using a modem/router, how is your modem/router set up...are you port forwarding or is UPnP enabled? I connect through ethernet
15. What security programs are you using (antivirus etc)? None. Mac
16. What country are you living in? USA
17. Has anything in your setup changed recently? Have you updated your version of LW or Java? Have you added any new software or new hardware? Have you updated any software? Have you moved house, changed internet plan or ISP etc etc? No.

Unistall limewire. after that go into your application data folder, then delete the limewire folder. Reinstall limewire, that should do the trick.
