Sharing

I'm having trouble sharing files and don't want to be a freeloader. For a computer novice, what should I do? I used the Sharing tab under Preferences and indicated the pathway for my folder. It is located in my iTunes music folder. I can pull it up in the silect directory window and it shows all of my music files, but they aren't highlighted. If I push select, nothing is added. All my downloaded files go to my iTunes music folder, not to the Library in Limewire. Can I add these files to be shared? How can I add all of the files in my iTunes as well? I searched for a similar thread and didn't find anything. Thanks from a computer idiot.

you can go to your default folder (iTunes) and highlight your selected files to share...right click them and drag them to LimeWires "shared" folder. When prompted to "Copy" or "Move" , simply copy them. You will now have duplicate files in each folder. It takes up extra space, but you get to keep your original folder intact, if that is what is important to you.
