Keyboard isn't working
 

Since i have upgraded to pro 5.0, my keyboard isn't allowing me to input anything in the search field.

What Have I Done wrong?

My only suggestion would be to delete your old LW Preferences folder. But this should only be done whilst LW is CLOSED. :) Instructions here Deleting LW Preferences folder in OSX

However before you do that, it might be wise to make a note of all your settings. After deleting the LW prefs folder, next time you open LW you will need to reset all options again.

(You might wish to back up these files library5.dat, downloads.dat, library.dat however, they themselves might be responsible for the problems. But if you did, drop these back into the LW prefs folder after you open & then close the program after having deleted the prefs folder.)

I did what you have sugested and aditionally I have installed LW again. Still not working!
I have a Macbook Air, with MAC osx 10.5, LW pro and Java 1.6. Any other sugestion. Thanks.

Have you checked for software update? Java version used & Updating Java

Also, try swapping your Java version hierarchy around; Setting up Java for Leopard

BTW do you have an nvidia graphics card? I believe there is a bug with their support software. Where the cursor disappears. Happens to me occasionally too actually.

You will need to remove the install limewire.pkg file from the receipts folder before you it will let you install. ;)

Lord, Thanks for the help. I'm going to drop the ball! I will ask for my money back ( I have purchased the Pro Version) and use other program. I'm realy disapointed with LW. Regards,:bangh:

erm .. and what's wrong with LW 4.18? I think it's better than LW 5 as it has more functions. But good luck :)
