Ahh sorry - I didn't realise that you were using a Mac

I hope you found those options in my post #4 without too much trouble!!

You could try installing this hostiles list: Hostiles List
The first post in that thread has info about where to install the list for Mac users. Shut down LW, make sure that it's completely closed, install the hostiles list & then restart LW - see whether that helps.
