![]() The beta of 5 did not work for me - and 4.18 seems to work fine. I will stick with that until LW fixes the problem. And thanks for the support link - i actually did find it eventually on my own. The response was to send me to their download page to get the current version again and re-install. It was I believe an automated response to my problem category - rather useless advice. Hopefuly we will get a quick response from LW - there are a lot of people affected here and on other threads I see. The beta works for some, not others.
