I have an iMac Intel 2.8 Ghz Core 2 Duo, 2 GB memory. I downloaded PRO for $14 bucks. It was working fine. I did the Apple updates now I get the single dock bounce and it never starts. So in less than a month my $13 program is canned, no updates and I have to use a Pro-less version or pay MORE money. To make matters worse, I can't find my personal link from my download file. Can someone help?

Bleh! ... send a personal message to limenathan (click on link) & explain your situation. That's really poor luck. You purchased the once only download with no support or updates. Explain that you were stuck with the LW 5.1.3 version & after less than a month after purchase, an ox update stopped it from working. I doubt they will not assist in this scenario.

I'm not sure how it works when you purchase the once only version. But if you can download the Beta & 4.18 versions as well as 5.1.4 so then you can try out the beta & see what you think of it. It has some nice improvements. Someone suggested to me that you have 24 hours opportunity to download your software.
