![]() OK. I keep having a problem with stalled downloads using Limewire Pro. I'll be cooking along with a download at decent speed form single or multiple hosts - then nothing. "downloading from ####### hosts (etc)" coming a 0kb/s. I've waited for the download to resume (I once waited 7 hours). I've even tried redoing the original search. Sure enough the file I'm downloading will show up in the new search, but the new source (or sources) will not resume my download. I've had to hit the "kill dowload button," and retry downloading the file from the new source. Sometime it restarts were the other download left off; but mostely it doesn't. I am getting really frustrated! Why do I have to babbysit Limewire like this!? |

![]() Why would a modem user claim to be a T1 connection? It doesn't make it any faster...I think ![]() Actually I have a 1.280 Mbit ADSL connection, and yet I declare a slower speed, so I do not get a gazillion people downloading from me and slow me to a crawl. What would the advantage be to declare a higher speed than one actually has? P.S. Use Audiogalaxy Sputnix for music sharing. |
