![]() I have seen this question posted several times, with no replies. Maybe if we keep asking the same questions, someone from programming will answer them. "Why do our files get lost when we upgrade, and can we recover them?" |

![]() I also lost all the library of songs in limewire when I upgraded...perhaps they could just alert people BEFORE they upgrade to move their files to itunes or whatever...could have done this had I known!?! ![]() |

![]() I'll have to agree that it's crap that they don't save the files if you uppgrade but you really should save them in a different directatory than "shared". I'm sorry I don't trust a file that such a finiky program makes. (Use the Music folder in your Home Directory) |

![]() My daughter found my lost music files on my hard drive in old shared folder. Went to Sherlock... looked for any song she remembered being in the lost collection and went backwards to the folder where they were "hiding" It is an old shard folder...Thought I had checked them all but missed this one...anyway all old songs from limewire now in itunes successfully....Hope this helps someone else.... I have MacOSX 2.1.4 system ela |
