![]() I had a version of Limewire (2.1?) that was stable and was able to resume downloads (mostly), but I 'upgraded' to the next version and found all sorts of problems. Downloads would 'resume' from zero. Groups would contain completely different files. Clicking on the same file after it's been interrupted would start downloading as if it was a new file. So, hoping for the best (why?), I downloaded 2.3.3. Not only is it no better in any way, but it arbitrarily deletes incomplete downloads. It's amazing. The seven programmers of the apocalypse are producing a program that gets worse with every release, and what are they doing about it? They're messing about with the interface. Can anybody tell me where I can get a copy of 2.1? |
