Angry Can Anyone Use 2.3 Successfully????

What the heck is UP here?

2.3 is absolutely HOPELESS. Many problems. 2.2 is no better. Lets all demand our 14$ back!

Default The problem:

Sure. There are several posts in this area already compaining of the problem.

1) OS = 9.2, LW memory = default setting
2) Switch from LW to the the Finder. LW will quit.
3) Switch from LW to another app & then return to LW. LW will quit, or the finder will lose some of it's functiopnality (like submenus).

Recent experiemnets show that increasing LW memory allocation to 100mB and higher seems to help. I am rumming now with 200mB and it seems to actually be working.

Angry type 2 error

...almost always a type 2 error.

Try accessing the apple menu while in LW.

Smile my limewire 2.3 works great

My limewire 2.3.3 is working awsome. I just hope I can find out how to switch from 6346 as the default router thingie. I get much more and better results using 6347 or 6348.

I am running OS 9.2.2. Because the LW screens wouldn't redraw and buttons disappeared or stopped working, I checked the FAQs and increased LW's memory to 40m, about as much as I can allocate. Now it won't even launch. Any ideas what I can do to make it work?
