![]() HELP !!! When I first started using Limewire, everything I downloaded appeared as an itunes document, white with the little blue notes. Then all of a sudden, everything started coming as a RealPlayer document. I removed everything having to do with RealPlayer from my MAC (G4, System9.2.1). I purchased and installed the current Limewire Pro (which unintalled the old one). I searched to make sure everything old was gone (preferences, etc., for RealPlayer and the old Limewire.) EVERYTHING IS STILL DOWNLOADING AS A REALPLAYER DOCUMENT. Help......... |

![]() I am running mac OS 9.2 and had the older version of limewire. Life was good back then. I would download music, hit launch and automatically itunes would start up and play the song. I did the 2.3 (or whatever) update last night and like a complete moron trashed my old limewire version before seeing if the new one worked -- Which it didn't! Thanks to this forum I was able to get a link to 1.7 but after downloading a song itunes does NOT start up and start playing the song like it did on the origional version I had. Is it possible that I could have had a different version? If so where can I get it? My origional download was done in middle to late January. Thanks |

(I did not find pages for any earlier ones; have been deleted by LW?) (In Jan of 2002, you could have downloaded one of the 1.8 versions?) http://limewire.gnutelliums.com/1.7c/ http://limewire.gnutelliums.com/1.8/ http://limewire.gnutelliums.com/1.8b/ http://limewire.gnutelliums.com/1.8c/ Note that the address is consistent...just put the LW version # you want at the end. Good hunting Last edited by Rhohl; April 22nd, 2002 at 08:35 AM. |
