![]() Are you sure the ports are blocked? Most universities just block the public host caches, so you don't find any hosts to connect to... And a workaround for that would be to get the ip addresses of ultrapeers somewhere and try to connect manually (or find a recent gnutella.net file and try connecting using it.) |

![]() Using this one, I just succeeded connecting to gnutella without using a public host cache. - If it doesn't work, I guess the ports (very likely the destination ports 6346 and 6347) might be blocked indeed and there is no workaround for that, maybe except for connecting via http proxy.
