Endlessly waiting for downloads to reconnect
 

I'm not entirely sure this is a bug or just my horrendous luck, but:

I'll put in for a download, it'll start promisingly enough, then stop. It'll stay in my queue for weeks, and never finish, no matter how long I'm connected. Sometimes, a few files will start downloading again when I first sign on later, but eventually, they'll stop again. Right now, I have about two dozen files listed as "Requery sent...."

I didn't think VNV Nation was THAT obscure! Help!

i don't know why it does that , it happens to me alot too. ive found that oftentimes if you search the file name again it will reconnect. (on my mac anyway) its worth a try

I have the sme problem. I think that the file is linked to a specific host and when that person logs off, the download is stopped. It will only start again if you are on line at the same time as the person who you started the download from in the first place. I get results by re-searching and replacing the request with a new host. Of course, a few files I'm looking for are hard to find and the one host I need isn't accepting uploads very often.
