java error - won't launch
 

i moved some stuff around to different partitions on my hard drive, and now limewire will not launch. it says something like "can not launch this java application: missing com.zerog.lax.LAX". i tried to do a fresh install of the newest version, and get the exact same thing. i can't even run the uninstaller - it gives me the same message. what's going on?

Try this, high light the installer icon, press apple + I when the window comes up, click where it says general information and scroll down to memory. Give it more memory. If that doesn't work u must have moved ur java application u need to have lime find the app. Hope this helps

i guess i posted in the wrong forum.. didn't notice there was one specific to OS X. that's what i'm running. i'll try again in that forum. doh.
