- Share more stuff. This will make more downloads succeed for others.
- Buy LimeWire Pro
- Run your Gnutella connection 24 x 7, improving connections to others
- Run a GWebCache

among other things.

And you could also try to convince your friends not to use FastTrack but Gnutella.
