help

I just started using this, and whenever i try to download an mpeg or avi, it says i don't have the support for it.
anyone know how to stop this?

That's a new one...

Does that happen when you choose the file to download, or when you try to play it after downloading?

A little more detail may help others to try to solve your problem.
