![]() I too am having this problem. Anyone with a solution, I'd love to hear from them. I do have a word of advice to the person who downloaded the new version and henceforth, lost the old one. What I do on my Mac is create a folder entitled "Install Programs" where I place all downloaded installers such as for new OS versions, Quicktime updates, Shockwave, etc.. I do this primarily for back up (crash) purposes, but also, in the event that a "new and improved" version sucks, I can go back and reinstall the old one. Nevertheless, I would like to hear from anyone who has a solution to this. Thanks |

![]() Thanks. I would like to know what Macs these guys are using to test their "new and improved" versions. Because, my newly updated version of Limewire, and apparently that of others too, have not even been able to be properly opened. It seems to me that that would be a mininum requirement of release. I would say that I have been thoroughly pleased with previous versions. However, as most of you are aware, you probably don't want to have anything else running, because it pretty much commandeers your computer. |
