![]() I downloaded an application file to my G4. When I double clicked it to open, Toast opened and I proceded to burn the appplication onto a CD (It seemd to suggest that that was the next step in order for me to open and use the application.) Well, after I burned the CD, I inserted the disk in my CD player. It showed up on my desktop, and when I opened the CD, there was the same icon that I started with. I double clicked on the icon and, you guessed it, Toast opend again and expected me to burn another CD. OK. What am I doing wrong? I just want to use the application, just like I have been able to use other applications that I have downloaded via Limewire. |

![]() print, I'm new at this myself and don't reallly know whats going on, but I did find that if I assemble my song list in iTunes and then burn right from iTunes Toast is not needed. iTunes converts mp3 and iTunes to audio cd. It's quite easy just follow the help guides. HIH garmp ![]() |

![]() Thanks garmp for your suggestion. However, I downloaded a software application not an MP3 file, so there is no way to assemble it in iTunes to convert to an audio CD. Hopefully, someone will yet come forward with a remedy for me. Thanks again! |

![]() Hi, Maybe you have Toast designated to open the type of application you downloaded. This choice is made in preferences in Internet Explorer. You can change this or put the disk image on your desktop and open it and install the program somewhere. Do you understand? What was the application and what was the extension? |
