download slow, finished download into incomplete file i have a Ibook and whenever i download songs they are completed and they only go into the incomplete file. I cant get them into a complete file and therefore never go into i tunes. Also, the download takes forever. How can i make it go faster. |

I don't know what you can do to make downloads faster, but if you have confirmed that the files are complete, you can manually move them into iTunes. What do you have your Saving Folder (the one you download to) set as? It may be incorrectly set to go to your Incomplete Folder. You can go to: Tools > Options > Saving and double check it. You can change it there. |
