![]() I'm new to this whole deal and confused as to why only one of the dozen or so songs I've seemingly successfully downloaded will actually play when I ask the Limewire software to launch a song. The other ones cause a dialog box to come up in RealPlayer that says the application cannot find the file I've requested and that the link I followed may be outdated or inaccurate. An example of the pathway (if that helps in the diagnosis of my undoubted idiocy) is: file://Macintosh HD:System Folder:Preferences:Shared:Paul Simon - Father a#20BC0.mp3 PLEASE help! I'm desperate to begin my music collecting! Thank you! |

![]() Don't try to launch a song through LimeWire. Follow the path to your actual shared folder and double-click the song there and see if the same error message comes up. Do you typically use RealPlayer as your mp3 player? |
