Network search question
 

Hello,

I have a Macintosh and run Limewire Pro. My question is if this is one giant network how come my next door neighbor can type in a search on his PC and get over 2,000 hits. If I type the same search I only get maybe 15 - 50 hits. Why the difference between the 2 computers even though they are on the same network? Just wondering. Thanks.

LimeWire limits the number of search results. Everything else is pure luck, although LimeWire is working on making searches more stable (3.0 will bring huge improvements).
