Default mac9.2.2 "can't find quicktime player"??

I upgraded to the most recent limewire player. Now when I dowload a mp3 or mpeg file, i get a "unable to open movie because the quicktime player application cannot be found" I'm a video editor. I have quicktime pro and use it all the time.

Also, media cleaner 5 will not recognize the file type.

Whats up?

Default Drag and Drop

Drag the file to your Quicktime application icon and drop it. If it is a file QuicTime recognizes it will open.
